Malignant ovarian lymphoma is a very rare entity and has a poor prognosis. It is not Clear whether the ovary can be a primary site or is only the initial organ to be clinically involved in a generalized disease process. For the therapeutic
purposes,
ovarian lymphoma should always considered as a local manifestation of systemic disease. We report here a case of malignant ovarian lymphoma in a 28 years old woman with a brief review of literature.
